With our factory in Ivory Coast, we can guarantee vertical integration of our production process and total control of the cocoa manufacturing process ensuring the quality of our products.

CEMOI offers a complete range of products adapted to the specific requirements of chocolate makers, confectioners, biscuit, dairy and ice cream makers :

  • couverture chocolate : plain, milk or white delivered in 24 ton tanks, chips or bars,
  • cocoa powders and roller powders,
  • fillings and glazes,
  • decoration and inclusions,
  • cocoa liquor and butter.

Our extensive range of adapted packaging means that we can supply, according to their requirements, large industrialists and also smaller bakers, confectioners, restaurants and other specialists alike.
